Return or Exchange of Goods

If your new item doesn’t fit or simply doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase in accordance with the law. However, please remember to inform us of this within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Goods can only be returned or exchanged if they are unworn, in their original packaging, and show no signs of use. To expedite the process of returning the goods, please fill out the Return or Exchange Document and include it with the item. The same conditions apply for exchanging goods as mentioned above. Please note that the option for return or exchange is voided if you have had the goods customized according to your own requirements.

Return or Exchange of Goods

If your purchased goods have any defects, it is possible to make a claim under certain conditions. Claims are handled according to the complaint procedure outlined below. If you wish to make a claim, you can either bring the goods along with a completed Claim Protocol to our physical store in Olomouc, or you can send them by mail to the following address: DILNASTORE s.r.o., OLOMOUC 779 00, Bořivojova 235/1: contact: František Polák +420 724 006 527, email: reklamace@dilnastore.cz

Upon receiving the goods, we will inspect them and evaluate whether there is a valid claim. Repairable defects will be addressed as quickly as possible, and the repaired merchandise will be returned to your address at our expense. We will inform you of the claim resolution no later than 30 days after receiving the claim for complaint proceedings.
